"Cite-Jardin" is a multifunctional residential complex located in South Sofia near "Vitosha" mountain and "Simeonovsko Shose" boulevard. It will be the first such project in Sofia which will have its own management team. The two companies involved in the development have the intention to create a unique residential complex where people can enjoy their time at home to the maximum. This means that once the complex is finished, for a reasonable annual fee, we will maintain and clean the communal areas as well as the lifts, the green areas and we will provide 24h security-365 days a year. The management team will also provide the "utility bills payment service" which means that we can pay your monthly expanses every month so you can enjoy some extra time with your family and friends.
This website can be used to obtain information about the availability of the apartments, their sizes and layouts and to also keep an eye on the progress that we are making. New pictures from the building site will be uploaded twice a month.
